Reporting Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Paisaan, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent by sending a formal DMCA Takedown Notice with the following information:

• 1.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• 2.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• 3.Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a clear description of where it is located on the app or website (e.g., exact URL or specific item ID).
• 4.Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• 5.A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• 6.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Paisaan has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or content sources who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing: your signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your contact information.
